PCSO changes

Dear resident.

You may or may not be aware that Cheshire Police have made a significant amount of redundancies to PCSO's effective from 01/04/2026.

Our numbers in Cheshire will be reducing from 87 to 57. Warrington will be dropping from 23 to 7. 

I write to inform you that as of the above date, I will be taking control of all the Warrington North wards. Orford, Poplars & Hulme and Poulton North.

For those of you who don't know me, my name is Neil and I currently cover Poulton North and have done for the last 5 years, so I am already familiar with the Warrington North area. However, as you can imagine, this is a significantly bigger area to cover so I would ask for your patients whilst I find my feet. 

Where as I was originally covering three primary schools, this has now increased to 9. This is the case with all aspects of our role in the community so I have a lot of new relationships to build over the coming months.

Now more than ever, PCSO's need your support when asking for information and I would kindly ask that if you get the opportunity, fill out a Residents Voice Survey when ever requested to help me understand the area and where I am needed.
